Structuring a mortgage loan as a team effort is the art of "sharing one goal". It is having a shared project that distinguishes the value of all team members, and without understanding and commitment to that goal, all other attempts at building better performance will have limited value. It is therefore of the highest priority that there be a common goal for which everyone has shared accountability and everyone understands the goal and are committed to it.

Time is of the essence! The most crucial and key element in the loan origination process is communications between strategic partners. We will work as a team communicating every step of the way in a collaborative effort to make the loan process smooth while maintaining the all important deadlines necessary to secure and meet our objectives.

There will be three strategic partners involved within your mortgage loan origination team: the team leader, Avenue Mortgage and the most important strategic partner of all, to whom we all commit to provide legendary service – YOU, the borrower.

The Team Leader: Your team leader and project director is Jeffrey Laeng, Senior Loan Consultant and the one strategic partner who will bring together all of the components needed to prepare the loan documentation package. Unlike most other “cookie-cutter” loan origination websites, you will notice that there are no loan calculators, loan application pages and other borrower chores to be done on this website. Why? Because we are all about “personalization” throughout the entire loan process. Jeff Laeng will conduct a personal one-on-one interview for the purposes of taking your loan application and securing the proper authorizations and signed disclosures that protect you, the borrower.

Avenue Mortgage, Inc: Once Jeff has assembled the loan application, disclosures and other related required documentation, he will submit the loan package to the processing department of Avenue Mortgage, Inc. The processor becomes your strategic partner in preparing the loan package for submission to the loan Underwriter and tracking the progress of your loan through to closing and funding. 

The Borrower: That would be you, the borrower seeking to secure a customized loan that fits your needs and meets all of the criteria necessary to meet your long and short-term goals. Your responsibility as one of the strategic partners is to respond on a timely basis with complete and current financial documents supporting your loan guidelines and conditions. Always communicate directly with your team leader, Jeffrey Laeng, so that he can maintain absolute control over every aspect of the loan origination process.

There is nothing more powerful than working as a cohesive team. Working as a team each strategic partner contributes to the entire loan experience and that leads to the bottom-line intended results.
